We've been lucky to have top notch volunteers join us year after year (see photos below), but we're always happy to welcome more. Volunteers receive a t-shirt, a bag lunch, and the race directors' and runners' gratitude. We can't do it without you! If you'd like to volunteer, please get in touch with Mike Perbix at mike.perbix at gmail.com.

Larry fills up coolers before the race. Larry also directs the Fall Superior Trail Races among others.

Bonnie and Donald mark and sweep our course, as they do for many trail races in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Donald developed a system of marking courses that is
consistent and therefore easier for runners to follow. Their service to the race is indispensable.

Chuck works the 50k turnaround at Carlton Peak every year.

The Immerfall family works the spring and fall races at the Britton Peak aid station.

Ham radio operators are essential to the safety of the runners, pictured here at Sawbill in 2008. Dan is in the car and Steve is standing.

We've been lucky to have the Two Harbors cross-country ski team volunteer with us for two years now, including their coach, Sara, and parent volunteers too.

Matt and Kari regularly volunteer at the fall races and are pictured here at the finish line of the spring race with Mike. one of the directors.

The second contingent of the Two Harbors volunteers worked at the finish line.

Jerry, Dave, and Pat worked net control at the finish line in 2010.
